What to expect: 

Before to the session can begin, a quick intake form is filled out for medical safety, followed by a short conversation about your health. 

After the health intake, the therapists will conduct muscle tests as well as range of motion tests to find the root of the problem and treat it accordingly. Treatment is usually a combination of massage therapy, Active Release Techniques, kinesiology taping, Graston Technique, and cupping therapy.

When the session is over, your sports therapist will recommend and demonstrate some corrective exercises for you to do to continue the healing process.
