What to expect: 

Before to the session can begin, a quick intake form is filled out for medical safety, followed by a short conversation about your health. 

Similar to a relaxation massage... the therapist leaves the treatment room, you are free to dress down to your level of comfortable and familiarize yourself on a plush, heated massage table. Your therapist will knock prior to entering the treatment room, make sure you are comfortable and check in occasionally during the massage about the level of pressure.

When the session is over, the therapist will warmly greet you with a glass of water to mark your refreshment.
